All domestic packages ship via UPS from our warehouse in sunny California. International orders will ship via DHL Express.

We do our best to ship them as quickly as possible. Please note that delivery can take up to 10 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or major holidays. Items purchased during our Black Friday/Cyber Monday sale will have a slight fulfillment delay, and it may take up to 5 days to receive a shipment confirmation email.
